Platform-Specific Compliance

Any course offered shall be considered independent and has no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from Uber Technologies Inc., Lyft Inc., or any other rideshare or transportation network company (TNC), or any other corporate entity mentioned in course material. Participants must comply with all relevant driver agreements, terms of service, and community guidelines for each platform and any agreements they may have with other corporate entities.

State and Local Regulations

Participants operating in Florida are advised that under Florida Statute § 627.748, a Transportation Network Company (TNC) driver may not accept payment for rides other than through the digital network (the app) and may not solicit or accept street hails. Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid insurance, vehicle registration, and any local business or occupational licenses as required by law.

No Guarantee of Results or Revenue

Around Orlando LLC makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that participants will achieve the same or similar results, earnings, or outcomes described. Individual performance, market demand, geographic conditions, and driver effort vary.

Formulas, Tools, and Spreadsheets

Any tools, calculators, or spreadsheets provided in this course are illustrative examples only. Participants agree to independently verify all formulas and calculations before relying on them for financial or tax decisions.

Prohibition on Copying, Recording, and Unauthorized Use

Participant shall not copy, record, use, reproduce, reverse engineer, video, screenshot, or otherwise temporarily or permanently capture or take the content of this course in any form, including digital or physical media, without the express written consent of Around Orlando LLC.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or dissemination of course content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

If a participant is found to have copied, recorded, or otherwise misappropriated course content, Around Orlando LLC reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and referral for prosecution for conversion or criminal theft.

Indemnification

By accessing or participating in this course, each participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Around Orlando LLC, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to use or misuse of this course or its materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Around Orlando LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the participant for access to the course.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, materials, videos, graphics, text, and other resources are the exclusive property of Around Orlando LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written permission.

Non-Transferability

Course access is licensed solely to the registered participant. Sharing or selling login credentials or materials is prohibited and may result in immediate revocation without refund.

Refund and Payment Policy

All course purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds, if granted, are at the sole discretion of Around Orlando LLC.

Severability and Modification

If any provision of this agreement is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Around Orlando LLC reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, effective upon posting to the course platform.

Electronic Consent

By clicking the “I Agree” button or continuing to access this course, the participant acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

Force Majeure

Around Orlando LLC shall not be held liable for delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

Governing Law and Attorney’s Fees

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The prevailing party in any litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

Cookies, Analytics, and Contact Consent

This course utilizes cookies, tracking pixels, and analytics technologies to measure engagement and improve offerings. By providing contact information, the participant consents to receive communications from Around Orlando LLC and may opt out at any time.

Age Restriction and Intended Audience

This course is intended solely for adults aged 18 years and older. Children under 18 are not targeted or permitted to access or consume this material.

Legal Acknowledgment

By continuing in this course, accessing any related materials, or applying the information provided, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The exclusive venue for any litigation shall be in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Orlando, Florida.
